- Primero. ACEPTAR, el impedimento senalado por el Procurador General de la Nacion para emitir concepto dentro del presente asunto, expediente D-7459.
- Segundo. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto Ley 262 del 2000 y en armonia con el Decreto 2067 de 1991, ORDENAR a la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional que, una vez se levante la suspension de terminos en el proceso de la referencia con ocasion del impedimento propuesto, corra traslado por el termino que falte al Viceprocurador General de la Nacion, para que rinda el concepto de que tratan los articulos 242-2 y 278-5 de la Constitucion Politica.
